Facilities and comfort
All rooms are non-smoking and soundproofed, with individual air conditioning, heating, tile or marble floors, a balcony with city and landmark views, a desk or seating area, wardrobe, clothes rack, socket near the bed, flat-screen TV with streaming services, minibar, refrigerator, electric kettle and tea and coffee maker.
The private bathroom in each room includes a bath or shower, bidet, an additional toilet, bathrobe, free toiletries, hairdryer, towels and fresh linen.
The free Wi-Fi is very fast - 286 Mbps according to a speed test carried out by the hosts - suitable for streaming 4K content and making video calls on several devices at once.
The stay is completed by the Italian buffet breakfast with gluten-free and to-go options, luggage storage, a shuttle service and airport transfer on request for an additional charge, and invoices on request. The property has no parking, and upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
House rules
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM, letting us know your arrival time in advance; check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. On the morning of your arrival we will contact you to agree the most convenient check-in time and to give you parking directions if needed. A valid ID is required for registration as per current regulations.
Children of all ages are welcome: a crib is always available for children aged 0-2 at 35 euro per child per night, and an extra bed is available on request from age 3 at 35 euro per person per night, payable at the property. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed, and parties or events, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, are not permitted. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to 250 euro after check-out.
